"My tongue will tell the anger of my heart, or else my heart concealing it, will break" - Katherine Minola - Taming of the Shrew.
Minola Review fosters the conversation between women, publishing strong, honest work safe from the gaze of patriarchy.
The process of selection is rigorous. We are interested in the fearless and unsympathetic, featuring only work that goes where others are uncomfortable or afraid to go, collecting raw yet well-crafted work to create a space that is honest about the otherwise under-represented women's experience. Diversity is important to us, as is providing a platform for the otherwise marginalized.
We accept work from all women and otherwise femme-identifying, and non-binary individuals.
Minola Review publishes new work monthly and produces an annual print anthology each fall.
